VINEYARDS Selection of Rioja del Reyno estates with a  touch of Rioja Alta vineyards to guarantee  maturity, concentration and freshness.  This is achieved by blending different soil  structures and textures with the aim of  making an emblematic wine  WINEMAKING For the elaboration of this wine, we chose the harvest dates according to  the optimum ripening point of each  variety and its location in the appellation.  Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, 18  days of maceration and 4 daily manual  pumping-overs. Malolactic fermentation in  concrete with a short time in oak barrels. Visual / Visual Red color with violet hues, high  intensity color, clean and bright.   Nose / Olfato Timbale of red and black fruit  (strawberry, raspberry, blackberry)  and licorice subtly assembled with vanilla and spices scents.  Taste / Gusto Balanced, silky, ripe. Reminiscent  of mineral hints.  Paring / Maridaje Perfect with red meats, cured  cheeses and roasts.  Varieties / Variedades Tempranillo.  Ageing / Crianza 6 months in oak barrels.
