Resizing requires a restringing service plus the cost adjustment of the bracelet. Within 6 months of purchase: We offer one free restringing service (for overstretching, breakages, or lettering changes). Please email: [email protected] before sending your bracelet. Over 6 months from purchase: Restringing costs apply. Please purchase the service, then post your item(s) to: 32 Totteridge Lane, London, N20 9QJ If your bracelet is missing beads after breaking, we’ll assess once received and contact you about any extra costs for replacement beads.
