Garnacha Centenaria is a red wine produced by Bodegas Aragonesas in Spain’s Campo de Borja region. Crafted exclusively from Garnacha grapes harvested from century-old vines in the Monte Alto and La Sarda vineyards, this wine undergoes a 4-month aging process in new French oak barrels. It boasts a rich bouquet of ripe red fruits like cherries and raspberries, complemented by floral hints and subtle notes of wood and spices from its barrel aging. On the palate, it offers a well-structured and elegant profile, with a long, persistent finish. This wine pairs well with roasted meats, game, and mature cheeses.
