Marquise de Pompadour is a sparkling wine produced by Chateau Indage in India’s Sahyadri Valley. Crafted using the traditional méthode champenoise, it blends Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, and Ugni Blanc grapes. The wine exhibits fresh floral aromas with minerality, crisp acidity, and creamy, toasted notes on the palate. With an alcohol content of 12.5%, it pairs well with grilled fish, chicken kebabs, and Chinese pork dishes.
