“Very pale gold. Smells very much like a white Douro rather than like a port because the alcohol is really not obvious from the aroma. There’s a light note of apricot and oatmeal-influenced citrus. So much more interesting than your typical white port. Rich and viscous on the palate. It is certainly sweet but the freshness undercuts the residual sugar.
