Our Boozy Mince Pies are luxurious indulgent treats and part of our special Festive Treats collection. They are a traditional and beloved Christmas treat, perfect when served warm with a dollop of cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. We made our mincemeat in house and it has been matured for over 2 months. Our mincemeat is packed with currants, raisins, sultanas and apples. We added some citrucy zest with orange and lemon peel and some warmth with cinnamon and other festive spices. The addition of Rum and Brandy introduces a warm and boozy note to the filling. It offers a complex, aromatic depth and a festive touch. We use light and delicate shortcrust pastry for the base of these mince pies, we fill and finish them by hand with great attention to detail. The top is a beautiful Christmas star made with sweet and buttery shortbread pastry. Our Boozy Mince Pies come in a gift box which makes them a great gift as well. All of our products are made to order and will be delivered to you by post.
