Bodegas Laureatus is located in the heart of the Salnés Valley, in Galicia, north west Spain. A wondefully vibrant and refreshing wine. Dry lemon zest and crisp granny smith apple aromas jumping out of the glass. The palate is well balanced with citrus fruit, mineral notes and a subtle salinity enticing you in for another sip. The grapes are hand harvested in small boxes, destemmed, gently pressed and cool fermented in stainless steel to ensure the delicate flavours are optimised. Perfect with seafood or goats cheese salads.
