From New Zealand, Two Rivers Sauvignon Blanc delivers classic Marlborough intensity. For something effortlessly elegant, the 2800 Côtes de Provence Rosé is a standout. Château Grand Moulin’s Grenache from Corbières is rich and generous, packed with ripe red berries, black cherry and gentle spice, all wrapped in smooth tannins and a long, satisfying finish. From Sicily, Curatolo Arini’s Nero d’Avola adds warmth and charm. Grown at altitude for freshness, it delivers ripe cherry, plum and violet notes with a soft, approachable structure and a touch of spice. Completing the case is a beautifully poised Pinot Noir from Markus Molitor in the Mosel. The Provence rosé is simply irresistible once the sun starts to show, and the reds are chosen to be approachable but still full of character. The Nero d’Avola is a brilliant crowd-pleaser, while the Pinot Noir adds that lighter, more elegant style that works so well with spring dishes.
