We make our Traditional Sausage Roll using high quality minced pork mixed with traditional Cumberland seasoning. We use light and flaky puff pastry which is hand wrapped around hearty meat filling. Sausage rolls are then baked to their golden perfection. These are great as a light lunch or picnic snack and taste great hot or cold. Did we say that they are ready to eat when they arrive?
