We use meaty pork mince meat prepared to our own recipe and mixed with traditional Cumberland seasoning. We also add some creamy and nutty Stilton cheese and sweet and sharp onion chutney. Our sausage rolls are wrapped in delicious puff pastry; we rolled them by hand with great attention to detail. They will arrive to you already cooked, so they are ready to eat when you get them. We bake all of our products fresh to order; they are delivered by post to your door.
