Skin‑contact white from organically farmed vineyards near Saint‑Gilles, made from Grenache Blanc and Roussanne. The grapes ferment on their skins for several days, giving gentle tannin, citrus peel notes, and a deeper, amber colour. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in stainless steel to keep the focus on freshness and texture. A clean, approachable orange wine with enough grip for food pairing and a clear Rhône accent.
