Our Steak & Mature Cheddar Pie combines the earthiness of steak with saltiness of Mature Cheddar. We slow cook our fillings to make sure our chunks of steak are soft and tender. Then we add grated Mature Cheddar into the mix. We make our pies with our special recipe shortcrust pie shell. We hand fill the pies and hand finish them with a light layered puff pastry lid.
