Our Steak & Stout Pie is a traditional savoury British pie. It is full of flavours with meaty steak, bitter stout and sweet pastry. We slow cook chunks of steak in Guinness to get a deeply infused flavour. Braising the steak makes is deliciously soft and tender. We use our home made shortcrust pastry for pie bases and we hand fill them to the crust with the filling. The pies are then hand finished with a light puff pasty lid. It is one of our most popular pies!
