The fruit is hand‑picked and handled gently to keep the style bright and precise. The wine shows red cherry, raspberry, and a light floral lift, with subtle spice from careful maturation. Tannins stay fine and supple, and the finish is clean, fresh, and shaped by the natural acidity of the site.
