Peppered Steak Pasty takes the classic peppered steak pasty to a whole new level of indulgence. Then we add creamy sauce and steak is cooked until is tender and all the flavours fuse together. Once the peppered steak and double cream sauce are ready, we enclose the the filling in a pastry shell, made with our signature puff pastry. The pastry is carefully shaped into a half-moon and the edges are crimped by hand. The pasty is then baked until the pastry turns golden brown and crisp, while the filling becomes tender and succulent.
