For our Coronation Chicken Pasty we combined nation’s favourite Coronation Chicken with our signature puff pastry for this delicious moreish pasty. This creamy slightly spicy recipe was first created for the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II and we are happy to bring this pasty to you in time for the coronation of King Charles III! For the filling we use diced chicken cooked in slightly sweet coconutty korma sauce and cream. We spiced it with coriander, turmeric, cumin, ginger and mustard. We added even more sweetness with sultanas. But the taste of this pasty is beautifully balanced with mango chutney, with its delicate mixture of sweet, sour and spicy flavour. We hand fill our pasties to the brim and then crimp them by hand with great attention to detail. We use our signature puff pastry. All our pasties are made fresh to order and will be delivered to your door chilled in a temperature controlled packaging.
