Brewed at the historic Dupont farmhouse brewery in Tourpes, Monk’s Stout is their Belgian take on a classic session stout. It’s built on roasted malts for depth, but Dupont keeps the fermentation clean and lively, giving the beer a drier, more lifted profile than many modern stouts. Roast, cocoa, and a touch of coffee sit over a lean, refreshing palate, with Dupont’s signature yeast character adding subtle spice and lift.
