Helles simply means pale in German and this beer is a clear and a brilliant gold colour. Exuding aromas of fresh-baked bread and crackers. It’s light and delicate on the palate, with a perfectly judged balance of malt sweetness and mild noble-hop bitterness, finishing with a little toasted grain, honey and a lingering touch of herbs.
