The Shiraz for Jammy Monkey is harvested in the cool of night from ancient soils in Victoria. In the winery a gentle fermentation is followed by a short barrel ageing before bottling. The wine is smooth with wonderful plum and mulberry character with trademark Shiraz hints of sweet spice. Enjoy with BBQ’d food or as an all round crowd pleaser.
