A small project, sourcing organically grown grapes from across Adelaide Hills and making wine with minimal intervention, no chemicals and a tiny amount of SO2. This is a dry-farmed blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Saauvignon with a dash of Grenache and Pinot Noir too. Juicy, vibrant cherry and strawberry flavours, could be served chilled on a sunny day.
