Domaine Sylvain Dussort farm 6 hecatres of vines in the village of Meursault, growing historic varietals of Aligote, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. This is their flagship wine, made from vines at between 35 and over 60 years of age. Hand harvested, then aged for 12 months in oak, it is delicate, rich and refined. The perfect match for seafood or white meats, made to be enjoyed between 2 and 6 years from vintage.
