100% organic Bical grapes from sandy soils are process and pressed quickly, and fermented in stainless steel with temperature control. The wine has been made with minimal additions and no fining or filtration. It is a pure expression of the grape variety from this terroir, so heavily influenced by the atlantic climate. Shake it up to enjoy at it’s best, it’s supposed to be cloudy!
