Ecker Eckhof has been a family business for over 400 years. Bernard Ecker works organically on the ancient soils of Wagram, they plant cover crops between the vines to return nutrients to the land and encourage nature to thrive. This Zweigelt is deliciously rounded and fruity, perfect for the barbecue and could be served a little chilled too. The wine is really approachable, with cherries, berries and a slight smokiness.
