Spiritus Terrae Montepulciano is made from organically and biodynamically farmed fruit in Abruzzo, focusing on ripe, varietal character and a gentle, hands‑off approach in the cellar. The aim is to show Montepulciano’s natural depth without heaviness, keeping freshness at the core. It opens with dark cherry, plum and a touch of blackberry, backed by subtle spice and a faint earthy note. The palate is smooth and medium‑bodied, with soft tannins, bright acidity and a clean, lightly savoury finish. Approachable and versatile, it works well with pasta, roasted vegetables and simple grilled meats.
