Beck Ink, a blend of Zweigelt and St Laurent, is a super introduction to the red wines of Burgenland. It is all about the fruit, dark inky red in colour, with juicy berry fruit, herbs, a little spice and some refreshing acidity. Judith Beck’s winery is a 15 hectare estate in Gols, in Austria’s Burgenland, which has been farming biodynamically since 2007, aiming to respect the environment and produce the best quality grapes, using native Austrian varieties.
