The southern vineyard of Château Saint Cyrgues is located near Nîmes, in Saint-Gilles. This place full of history and was on the pilgrims routes to Compostela or Jerusalem. It is located at the exact spot where the church of Saint Cirice des Marges once stood. Vines have always been cultivated there and the wines of this vineyard have received several awards. The Mediterranean climate, and the balancing influence of the mistral create the perfect conditions for growing grapes organically. This blend of Rousanne, Grenache Blanc and Viognier offers flavours of citrus fruits, peach and pear. It is wonderfully fresh and makes the perfect aperitif or pair with salads and seafood.
