Champagne Guy de Forez is a family-run domaine located in Les Riceys, the southernmost village of Champagne and a terroir famed for its Pinot Noir. As récoltant-manipulants, the family oversees the entire production process from vine to bottle, working sustainably across their estate vineyards. The Brut Réserve NV represents the house’s more refined expression, blended from reserve wines and aged longer to achieve greater complexity and depth. The nose reveals generous aromas of biscuit, hazelnut, and candied fruit. The palate opens with fresh acidity, giving way to a richly textured, fruit-driven mid-palate marked by roundness and indulgence.
