Sibiliana Vini is one of Sicily’s most significant cooperatives and the leading producer of Grillo. Established in 1962, it now counts on over 2,000 members across the provinces of Trapani, Agrigento, and Palermo. The brand’s name pays homage to the Sibiliana Tower, an iconic landmark in Petrosino and a guiding light along the coast between Marsala and Mazara del Vallo. Historically, the lantern within the Sibiliana Tower served as a beacon for fishing boats, guiding them safely to shore. Today, the lantern symbolises the cooperative’s commitment to preserving the social and economic values of the region while upholding the rich traditions of Sicilian viticulture.
