A half bottle of Bordeaux from one of Listracs most prominent estates with 17 hectares of vines. Due to Listrac’s cooler temperatures, Yves Raymond looks to Merlot and Cabernet Franc, rather than Cabernet Sauvignon as the essence of his wines in order to help them achieve optimum ripeness. This is a rich and slightly spicy Bordeaux with concentrated tannins. Very good indeed, drink now or keep for 10-15 years
