Their vineyards lie on a mix of limestone and clay, with pockets of sand and rounded river stones that help preserve freshness and give the wines their fine, stony texture. The Forestiers work with a steady, hands‑on approach, focusing on clean fruit, gentle pressing and a style that feels authentically Provençal. The rosé is pale, crisp and quietly expressive, showing redcurrant, white peach, strawberry and a touch of citrus zest.  The palate is fresh and neatly balanced, shaped by the estate’s stony soils and finishing with a light, savoury snap.
