This is a traditional‑method rosé built on the Loire’s signature Cabernet Franc, this cuvée shows the estate’s emphasis on careful fruit selection and long lees ageing. Hand‑harvested grapes and a slow, cool fermentation set the foundation, followed by three years on lees, which is notably longer than the appellation minimum. That extended maturation brings depth and a creaminess.
