A really classy rose, with superb ‘drinkability’! A fantastic blend, that sometimes includes the little-known Vinhao, with the Alvarinho bringing ripe, sweet, mildly tropical fruit and weight, alongside the Pinot’s edgy, red, hedgerow berries. There are elegant florals and a deep minerality to the wine, all in harmony and balance. Drink this as you like – It works on it’s own on a sunny day, as a refreshing palate-cleansing aperitif, or as the perfect accompanyment to shellfish salad.
