Pago de Tharsys is a beautiful winery surrounded by 14 hectares of vines in Requena, 70 km from Valencia. They work sustainably and with respect for the natural environment; no pesticides, herbicides or fertilisers are used. Cava is their speciality, this Brut Nature is aged on it’s lees for 3.5 years, giving soft bubbles and a delicious creaminess to the wine.
