Dry, light, naturally and biodynamically made Prosecco. Really cloudy, yeasty and such a pleasure to drink at only 10.5%. The lees at the bottom of the bottle give the wine softness, mouthfeel and longevity and can be shaken into the Prosecco to give a buttery-spicy flavours.
