The Camillo family have been making Lambrusco for over 100 years, and it shows! This wine is all strawberry, plum, blackberry and rhubarb, it’s full bodied, bone-dry and has a wonderfully delicate sparkle. They focus on the quality of the fruit, using only low yielding vines, and make it in the old-school way by bottling the unfinished wine, allowing the fermentation to continue in the bottle, AKA pet-nat. This is perfect with pizza, a charcuterie board, or a chunk of the best parmesan you can lay your hands on!
