The wines are fermented, fortified and aged in bespoke large Anforas, giving a luscious, sweet fruitiness, freshness and vivacity that makes them perfect to drink on their own, or to pair with desserts or cheeses. Dried fruit flavours, caramel, spices, floral and citrus orange peel. A beautiful wine.
