Moorooduc Estate Pinot Noir

$24.75 $33.41
Established in 1982 by Richard and Jill McIntyre, Moorooduc Estate is a small, family run wine business that has developed an enviable reputation for complex and food friendly wines.  Their wines are fermented using only wild yeasts (found on the skin of the grape and in the air) and minimal intervention to allow them to express the character of the individual vineyard sites. The Mornington Peninsula – south of Melbourne – is famed for the quality of their Pinot Noir and this wine is no exception. Red and black cherry fruit on the nose and palate with a slight savoury undertone on the finish.  Mouth watering acidity, firm tannins and a long lingering finish makes this an outstanding wine. We love it! Pairs well with any game meats, porcini mushroom risotto & charcuterie.
