Estate grown blend of Tinta Roriz, Tinta Cão, Tinta Barroca and Touriga Nacional. A good combination of red berry aromas with a mix of cedar and cinnamon wood spices. Flavours of plums, cherries and a little milk chocolate on the finish. This is a food friendly style well matched to grills and roasts. Try it with some good quality pork sausages. This is a light to medium bodied wine to enjoy young and fresh. Short term cellaring for up to 5 years will enhance the integration of the flavours in this blend.
