Winegrower from six generations, Laurent Vallet has decided to start on a new adventure: create a range of gin, distilled from grapes. With his wife Elodie, they have selected 12 aromas, including 6 derived from their different eaux-de-vie (Linden, Apple, Liquorice, Apricot, Almonds, Clove) This is a dry style with predominant juniper flavours.
