Château de Montifaud is very much a family enterprise with Michel and Catherine Vallet, their son Laurent and his wife Elodie all involved. This is lovely, unadulterated pure, fine, perfumed cognac. A family domaine and distillery. 125 hectares of vineyard in the heart of the Archiac where the Grande and Petite Champagne meet, much sought after by the larger houses. Vine flower, pear, apricot, dried fruits, very round, mellow, lots of finesse. To enjoy anytime!
