23 vineyards, one wine! Think violets, blackcurrant cordial, crushed rocks and with crunchy cranberry accented acids. Serve chilled and gulp heartily. Made by Adi Badenhorst in Swartland, this has fast become one of our favourite wines! Why the parrot? As well as making amazing wine, Adi also has a sideline in breeding the endangered Cape Parrot as there are fewer than 1000 left in the wild. Also, some of the proceeds of this wine go to the Cape Parrot trust.
