Clotilde Davenne’s Saint‑Bris comes from limestone‑rich vineyards just southwest of Chablis, the only part of Burgundy where Sauvignon Blanc is permitted. The cool climate and chalky soils give the wine its bright, mineral edge. It’s crisp and aromatic with lime, grapefruit, and fresh herbs, carried by clean acidity and a saline finish that reflects the region’s fossil‑rich terroir.
