A blend of Trajadura, Arinto & Loureiro, this Portuguese Vinho Verde is a collaboration between winery Quinta Do Ermizio and top London restaurant and magazine, Noble Rot. Local artist Jose Mendez provided the eye catching label. Gaining a bit of a cult following, this wine is dry, fruity, zesty, refreshing and really really easy drinking. Pair with grilled or baked fish, salads and sunshine. Chin Chin!
