From a single vineyards area, named Vineyard of Sparrows after the local inhabitants. This classic Portuguese blend is foot-trodden in lagar and combines depth of fruit character and concentration from Touriga and Alicante, alongside structure and acidity from the Castelao. Fleshy plum and dark berry fruit, earthy, herby notes, and great balance between ripeness and freshness. A bit more than an easy-drinker!
